Workshop: The Art & Science of Yeast Breads
This fun 6-hour workshop lays the foundation for a lifetime of successful yeast bread baking. In it, we bring the innovative approach of our online course to an in-person experience like no other. We present key concepts through brief instructional videos and casual lectures, and students immediately apply what they've learned in hands-on, mostly edible learning activities. And for the first time, we’re hosting this event in the founder’s kitchen. Students will receive highly personalized, small group instruction in the place where it all began.
