Edible Spring Centerpiece Dishes

I’ve enjoyed cooking and eating my way through the veggies in my 100% Edible Spring Vegetable Centerpiece. I didn’t snap pictures of all the dishes, but here are a few of our favorites. I’m looking forward to trying this again when the summer vegetables are ripe for harvest. So many tomatoes, so little time!
